I wore the belt for 3 months. For 3 weeks I wore it 24/7 (except for cleaning). I would change one thing. The two elastic straps should have a triangular loop to pull thru when securing it. The metal hoops (not sure what to call them but they're the only metal part on the belt) turn sideways causing the staps to bunch up and iritate the hips. A traingular metal loop would adjust to the curve of the body alowing a smoother and more comfortable transition point.Would recommend this to a friend? recommended
