The handles provide a better more comfortable grip that reduces fatigue, and can aid in prevention and healing of existing sores or abrasions. By squeezing the grip the fingers and hand can be exercised. The pads are not for use on traditional U shaped walkers which require a pad that is open at both ends. Sold in pairs.
