The bed pad conveniently sounds an audible alarm when the sensor detects a patient rising out of the bed, reminding them to return to a safe position while alerting staff to a potential fall. The pad works with AliMed's IQ Duo Alarm, TR2 Alarm, Voice Alarm, or the Basic Alarm.

Bed Pad with IQ Duo Alarm

AliMed's IQ Duo Alarm integrates versatility, durability, and extended battery life for the most adaptable and reliable alarm available. The alarm works with bed or chair sensor pads, with chair belts, or as a pull-cord alarm. The thick, damage-resistant ABS outer case and rubber-edged shock bumpers will withstand repeated drops and patient abuse. The IQ Duo includes an ABS mounting holster for chair, bed, or wall and a secure ‘posi-lock’ clip for simple, snap-in mounting. A built in nurse call jack enables direct connection into existing nurse call systems. Alarm comes ready to use with batteries, and is compatible with most sensor pads on the market.

Bed Pad with TR2 Alarm

The TR2 alarm features tamper-resisitant switches under the screw-lock battery cover for volume, type of alarm signal, and delay times. The concealed dual reset buttons must be pressed in unison, making it almost impossible for residents to reset. Alarm automatically resets if the resident returns to a safe position rather than rising. Also include an integrated nurse call jack adapter socket and a sturdy metal mounting clip.

Bed Pad with Voice Alarm

Ideal for patients not fluent in English or those suffering from demntia, this alarm replaces a potentially distressing or confusing standard alarm tone with a recorded voice message up to 20 seconds long. AliMed's Voice alarm is also highly versatile—use as a pull cord alarm, a bed/chair sensor pad system, or with any AliMed seatbelt alarm system. Also features a built-in nurse call jack, flashing light low-battery check, and a holster-type mounting bracket. Four AA batteries included.
