We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items damaged during delivery or sent incorrectly will be fixed at 1800wheelchair.com's expense. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt - see below for exceptions. To qualify for a return, please note the following:

Product must be unused, clean and not damaged
Original packaging and materials intact. Drive brand products must remain in their retail packaging, cannot be opened.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refused deliveries are subject to a 5% return shipping charge.

Restocking Fees: A 10% restocking fees applies to the following category of products: Power Wheelchairs, Electric Scooters, Stair Lifts, Wheelchair Cushions and Karman products, which have a 10% restocking fee.
