With Golden’s White Glove delivery service, customers are given the option of having a skilled agent unpack and fully assemble their unit. The agent will bring the unit indoors to a room of their choice, unpack and set up the unit, connect the power and remove all packing debris.

The agent will deliver the product no more than 12 days after the item ships during a prearranged 4-hour time window that they will set up with the customer. When placing a request for this type of delivery, the customer is responsible for clearing a space as well as a path to the area in which their unit will be assembled.
