The Merits Gemini Power Wheelchair is a power base rear wheel drive that features a unique suspension system and high-density foam seat that provides a smooth and comfortable ride. Its sophisticated controller coupled with 14" aluminum cast drive wheels offer excellent maneuverability. The comfortable 22" wide captain seat has swivel and folding capabilities with adjustable head and backrest. Aluminum footplate with flip-up height and angle adjustability provides various comfort positions. It has a programmable controller with a wide range of selections to suit the needs and demands of different users.

Returns
Return Policy
Merits Healthcare products can be returned within 30 days from receipt of shipment. To qualify for a return please note the following:
- All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number to be processed.
- All items returned must be in new condition, in the original boxes and have the original packaging.
- All accessories and chargers included in the box must be returned.
- You will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and you will pay for the return freight.
- You are eligible for a full refund if the return is because of an error by the manufacturer (Merits Healthcare).
- If an order is canceled after the item has shipped the standard return policy applies with a 20% restocking fee. You should accept delivery of the item(s), obtain an RA number, and ship the item(s) back. You will pay for the return freight.
- If the item is damaged during shipment please call 1800wheelchair Customer Service at 1-800-320-7140.
- Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
