The product works great. My wife uses the lift and it really does good for her. It is easy to move from place to place. The operation is smooth.
The first unit we had failed and replacing it was very easy. Being a person that worked with electronics and mechanical things I donot use a failure as a con unless There is some weakness in the design or material. The unit is well designed
and the material is good.
