I purchased this cane a couple of years ago for my husband to use. He is quite heavy and has mobility problems due to arthritis and lymphedema in his legs. He uses this cane with every step and loves how heavy-duty it is. It is heavier than any cane he has previously used so it did take him a while to get used to feel of it, but he loves it; and I don't have to worry about it not holding up to his weight. I'm ordering a second one as the first one is nearly ready to be replaced. The value for the money is unbeatable and I shopped online and in home-health stores for a comparable cane and couldn't find one.
