I can't really pick up my feet. Therefore, I have to rely on this walker holding my weight with every step I take. I like it so much that I am going to buy another one. One to keep in the house and one to keep in the van!! It is just wide enough for me not to fall over as I would with the standard size!
I do use 2 wheels in the front so I push it or pick it up with a step...

The squeaking as you walk with this device is annoying and a distraction and embarrassment. I would not use it outside my house. Seems to be strong enough and comfortable but this noise is too much.
