I have it next to my chair and can use it often. It does not make my muscles sore if I use it too long-I can't put pressure on it because of my disabillities. My daughter had a complete knee replacement and I got her one of your exercise pedals-my neighbor couldn't walk and she got one. Both my daughter and my neighbor love them. My daughter says it takes the pain out of her leg

As I took it out of the box to work on it a washer fell off; but it still works. When I cycle with it it comes off the floor a bit. Not that stable.
