My dad is incontinent and was very difficult and exhausting to keep him clean and dry, especially at night. These briefs are wonderful. Easy to get on and off. Very absorbent and my dad says they are comfortable. I highly recommend these briefs.

As a guy with heavy night-time incontinence, i have been using a variety of adult diaper products for my entire life. Although this diaper is bulky, and not really discrete (for those who care), it's very absorbent, and i've never had any problems with leakage.

I have been caring for my father for 3 yrs and have been using pull up briefs and adding insert pads. He soaked through all of his clothes and bedding daily. Caring for my father has been so much easier since I started using this product at night and the molicare classic plus briefs during the day. He wakes up dry and stays dry all day, less laundry, less odor and a feeling of confidence that I can bring him out and not have to worry about soiling someones chairs, sofas, etc. You wont be disappointed with this product. It's worth every penny!!!!
