I have tried several different brands that claim to hold enough fluid to last the whole night, commonly labeled "overnight." Some are better than others, but this product is by far the best. I use it with an additional absorbent insert, and there is virtually never any leakage the next morning, which means dry sheets and no need to wash linens everyday. Even though it's a little expensive, it's great, and I would recommend it above all others, as it saves a lot of time and washing of bed linens.
