The Manhattan features a canvas sling seat with firmness board, a reclining seat and the 5-point harness is ideal for children with low muscle tone.
Earlier last year I had to take my son to the philidelpha children hospital and I met a woman that had a disable son and she was transporting her son in the dreamer design manhattan lite wheelchair and i asked her about it and she stated that she was well pleased with it and she gave me the website to view it myself having a totally disable son i felt that this would be very helpful to me after i got home i looked on the website [...] and to my surprise the price was very reasonable so i purchased one for my sonthe stroller has made my day go smoother because of the light weight, durable, easy to steer, easy to put in and out of the car and easy to teach other how to use it the only disagreement that i have with the stoller is that when you take off the visor to wash the mesh it requires two people and being that i am a single mom i had some difficulties

I purchased this stroller because I have an autistic child who has no impulse control and no fear, and I needed a way to safely take him in public with out fear of him running in to traffic or otherwise getting into an unsafe situation.
This stroller has enough size and weight capacity to meet his needs for several years to come.
