I have found this lightweight wheelchair very versitile for travel. I have just returned from a cruise, and it worked very well on the ship with my daughter pushing me. I was also able to paddle on my own for some of the trip. We also used it,very effectively, off the ship in ports. In addition, the airline loved it, and we had many inquiries. This is a very useful and inexpensive way to get around.

The inexpensive price of the this durable chair urged me to purchase one and have it sent to & kept at my son's house in Buffalo,NY. When my wife and I travel there for visits, it is readily available. Being lightweight and compact makes storing easy and the hassle of checking it with our luggage on flights is eliminated.

We spent several weeks in the USVI spending lots of time at the beach. This was easy to fold up and carry over the sand. It was small enough for the aisles in the souvenir shops. We couldn't have done the trip without the Transport chair.

We use this for nearly daily doctor visits for my father, a cancer patient. My father uses it as a walker until he gets tired and then he can sit and ride the rest of the distance to the office. It is easy for my mother to lift and manuver - it makes her more independent and less reliant on others (me and my sister) to help with his care.

Right now the chair is hanging in the garage. I am handicapped and use a cane and wear AFOs. There have been times in the past when I have fallen that I needed a wheelchair. This is a perfect answer.

It is great for a trip to the Mall. I can't do much walking due to spinal disease. My husband really likes it because the handles are higher than a traditional wheelchair so he doesn't have to lean over any when he pushes me. I'm really pleased with it.
