Hi,
I purchased this bag for my husband who is in a wheelchair and uses it every day to go to work etc. We really loved the product as it was not rubbing off on the wheels, as it weakens the fabric if it does. Our experience with other bags has been quite challenging as they would rub off on the wheels and it can get pricey buying a bag every two months. The only reason I gave a four is that the liner inside starting wearing off in less than a year and falling all over the place. Other than that, the bag is a good product to purchase. My husband uses it daily and fills it up with whatever he has. :-)))

I used this product when I travelled this summer. My caregiver could put things in it that we needed, as well as souveniers. I've used it on shopping trips, too. I am happy to say it holds a lot--especially when Christmas shopping for many. It holds up well!
