No, I would not recommend this to a friend
For a standard walker perhaps this is an option that would work well, but I purchased it for my Fathers D-Lite Big Wheel Walker. It really didn't mount properly and the walker is somewhat large as it is and unless this is positioned to the inside it creates more of an obstacle than a benefit. I certainly didn't feel it was worth [$]. I could strap a huggie or something other holder for under $5 and be happier.
