With the Phantom Scooter going to the supermarket in the Florida sunshine is terrific. The basket and room at your feet allows enough space for groceries. The best feature of the Phantom Scooter is how it enables independence.

My wife uses the scooter. We use it in stores while shopping. Used it to travel about a zoo and other entertainment places both outdoors and inside.
The unit is easy to assemble and can be transported in the trunk of a car. I have never had the battery fail even after long periods of travel. I really have no cons except provide a larger basket. A great investment.

A higher wheel clearance would make it beter on uneven surfaces, and getting up the ramp into our van. A bigger front basket would be helpful. The "horn* does not get attention dince it sounds like backing up. Overall, It gets me more places more often. I am planning a trip to Zion National Park. I'm not counting on the hiking trails, but at least it will make it possible, I hope. Great value.

Great for indoor and outdoor use. I bought a spare battery since I also use it for travel and sightseeing. While I use the scooter the spare battery is charging in hotel. No problems taking it on flights and no charge for taking scooter and additional battery. According to Drive tech support the frame will support up to 300 pounds.
I get stopped by people everywhere I go and asked about it, everyone that sees how easy it is to operate and the great maneuverability wants to buy one. Gets up to 14-15 miles on a charge and goes up to 4 miles per hour!!!!! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!

this scooter is great to use daily and my wife uses it at the mall and because the seat is comfortable its great at the amusement parks like "epcot""disney" the battery lasts a long time with an overnight charge.it also fits in the truck of a honda civic when you put the seat and basket in the back seat.

Used for shopping and getting around in parks and museums.
The unit is easy to assemble and disassemble. It fits in the trunk of even a small car.
The battery holds up really good. We have never had it fail on us and have taken it on long trips.
