Comments about ActiveCare Medical Wildcat Foldable Power Wheelchair:

Not a lot of separate parts. Adjustable parts can be easily removed for travel. On the heavy side for older folks but good for long trips, museum visits and around the house use. Handles extremely well. VERY well built...not a piece of thrown together junk...good for heavier adults. Can be used as a rollator for folks with balance problems...and then ridden when the patient gets tired. 18 inch seat fine for this 225 pound adult.
size wise is good for travel, can be rolled to the back of a car and assembled in a couple of minutes at destination...use a twin sized memory foam over the back of the car to ease the unit into the trunk to protect the wheels and latches and prevent the car from getting scuffed. Comfortable...I use it to watch TV. Overall, a good buy...but I don't plan to use it for short trips unless no other mobile equipment is available at the destination.
