The Millennial Crutch has a large comfortable underarm cradle that enhances stability and reduces underarm fatigue and soreness. The ergonomic grip is designed for repetitive and vigorous use, allowing proper blood flow and nerve conduction. This reduces carpal tunnel syndrome and wrist tendinitis. The grip has a soft sculptured foam handle for comfortable palm support.
The Millennial Crutch comes with a patented shock absorbing/power assist feature which increases patient comfort by reducing stress, fatigue and soreness. The tip absorbs the impact energy then returns that captured energy positively, helping the patient move forward. This reduces back, shoulder, elbow, arm and wrist pain.
While traditional crutches are awkward to use in crowded settings, the push pin folding design of this crutch allows it to be easily stored in the overhead bin on an airplane, under a table or chair at a restaurant, or in the trunk of your car.

I'm on crutches for a long season. Traditional ones were getting to be a serious strain on my wrists (carpal tunnel syndrome setting in), and jarring to my shoulders and neck, so I was not getting around very well.
These are heavier, but immediately I adjusted to the more normal position of hand and wrist, and the shock absorbing spring action that relieved jarring to my shoulders and neck. I did not notice the weight after that. In fact, the overall effect has been that using them is helping me get much stronger in my upper body.
I enjoy getting around gracefully and even swiftly now, as I have become skillful and comfortable and am able to keep mobile.
I take "walks" with my dogs at a hilly park, holding their extension leashes in either hand under the crutch handles. They've become good at not tugging or crossing my path, and we keep a really good pace! I still cannot push off with my feet, but I can push off with the crutches instead, to resume getting my outdoor exercise and doing errands. I've referred them to numerous others.
Note to fellow crutch-users--Don't support your weight by your armpits---Just push down on the hand-grips. It saves your alignment and makes it all work better.
The product is convient, but the arm rest tend to bend.
-I mostly use these during my workouts & classes at the Y. Classes which I wasn't able to 'modify' previously, the 'tigger effect' of the shocks/ springs now allow me to do.
-Once I got use to the extra 'spring' in my step, they helped improved my 'power crutching' time as I 'run' to catch the train, etc.
-The only problem I have found with them is that the placement/ angle of the handle is not 'brace friendly' -- or, at least, not with mine.
As a recent leg amputee, who now has a prosthetic, I still use my millenial crutches every day, before putting my leg on and after taking it off. They are so much better than the 'conventional' crutches I had before. So much easier on my hands, better balance, better control and less slippage. They are super. I would recommend them to anyone for short or long term use.,
