Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Folds up well. Easy to use and set up. But, when it comes to going over a threshold the chair stops short, and almost throws the person off. You have to lift each arm to get it over the threshold one at a time. It seems to me they should have added a kick bar at the bottom so those of us pushing could get the chair over the bumps of the world without hurting the person we ar puching or ourselves trying to lift them over. Only mistake in the whole design.....
