Comments about Invacare Knee Walker with Swivel Wheels:
The wheel base should be longer. The front wheels are even with the handlebar and should be in front of it. I did go over the handlebars once.
I wish the basket would stay on and yet be out of the way for storage.
Once you get used to it it's the most flexible because it does not require that you use your hands. I can carry all sorts of things inside my house with no hands.
It's really easy to go off of it sideways. I did 6 or 7 times when I was first using it.
I've been using it for 10 weeks and I've gotten to know it really well. I would recommend a thicker/cushier seat that cradles the leg, then tipping it over sideways would not be much of a problem.
I'm a toddler teacher and need the hands free aspect.
