The Acta-Back Cushion provides pelvic and scapular relief. It features a three-layer foam construction, including a Visco surface layer. The lightweight durable aluminum shell comes with head support holes and lateral hardware slots. Patented Compass Hardware quickly installs to the wheelchair and easily adjusts for depth, height, and angle while the user remains seated.

• Available with two fabric options: Comfort-Tek and Stretch-Air
• Available in 12"-22" heights and 12"-24" widths
