Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call 1800wheelchair Customer Service at 1-800-320-7140.
Once accepted, the following conditions apply:
There is a 15% restocking fee for return within 30 days
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
The item must be in new condition; unused.
Any damages on the returned product above 15% of the price will be billed to you unless covered under freight damage.
All accessories and chargers included in the box must be returned.
