Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call 1800wheelchair Customer Service at 1-800-320-7140.

Once accepted, the following conditions apply:

• There is a 15% restocking fee for return within 30 days
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
• The item must be in new condition; unused.
• Any damages on the returned product above 15% of the price will be billed to you unless covered under freight damage.
• All accessories and chargers included in the box must be returned.
