- Return process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery date.
- All products will go through a comprehensive returns inspection upon receipt of return.
- Product must be unused, clean, and free of damage. Products that are received with damage will be subject to additional fees to replace damaged parts and a higher restocking fee may apply.
- Any permanent damage to the frame of the product may cause the return to be rejected.
- Products must be returned with all original manufacturer packaging materials and shipping box.
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- All delivery fees are non refundable.
