• A Return Authorization must be requested within 15 days of the original purchase date.
• Once the Return Authorization has been received from 1800wheelchair, the product must be returned within 15 days to receive a refund.
• A 20% Restocking Fee is required to return this item.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of the following cases: vendor shipped the incorrect product, the product was damaged and/or broken upon arrival. Under these circumstances, customers should provide visual proof (images or videos).
• Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
