Return Policy
This item may be returned within 30 days of customer receipt for a refund as long as the following criteria are met:
- A 15% restocking fee is charged for ALL returned items.
- Delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are NOT refundable.
- A Return Authorization must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Credits will be granted upon inspection of the returned product(s). Any damage to the product will impact the amount of credit to be refunded. Damaged parts or units must be replaced and/or repaired at your expense
- Custom orders and assembly fees if applicable, are non-refundable.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- You are responsible for shipping parts or products back
- The item must be unused, still in the box, and unused - no cracks, scratches, or dirty tires.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of the following cases: vendor shipped the incorrect product, the product was damaged and/or broken upon arrival. Under these circumstances, customers should provide visual proof (images or videos).
