If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you have received, please review the following return guidelines:

• Return authorization must be obtained in advance from 1800wheelchair
• Return process must be initiated within 14 days of invoice date
• Item must arrive at manufacturer within 30 days of customer receipt
• Product must be unused, clean, and free of damage (unless damaged during delivery)
• Product must have original packaging and materials
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, in all cases except the following: Manufacturer shipped the incorrect product, the product was damaged upon arrival.
• Due to the manufacturer's policy a 10% restocking fee will apply.

If you decide that you would like to return or exchange a product, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number. To obtain an RA, call our customer service representatives at 1-800-320-7140. AN ITEM WITHOUT A RA NUMBER CANNOT BE CREDITED.

Refunds will be issued once the above conditions are satisfied.

Cancellations

We work hard to see that our products ship quickly.  If you cancel your order after it has already shipped, it will be considered as a return, and will be subject to the conditions outlined above.
