With a weight capacity of 325 lbs. and a travel range of 25 miles, this is the PERFECT scooter for outdoor travel. The EW-18 TURBO is capable of 360-degree radius turns and it can be used in all types of outdoor activities. The EW-18 TURBO can easily be transported due to its lightweight and folding tiller. This item may be returned within 15 days of customer receipt for a refund as long as the following criteria are met:
- The item must be unopened, still in the box, and unused - no cracks, scratches, or dirty tires.
- A Return Authorization must be requested within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Once the Return Authorization has been received from 1800wheelchair, the product must be returned within 15 days to receive a refund.
- A 20% Restocking Fee is required to return this item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of the following cases: vendor shipped the incorrect product, the product was damaged and/or broken upon arrival. Under these circumstances, customers should provide visual proof (images or videos).
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are NOT refundable.
