Transporting the Feather Scooter™ could not be easier. It folds down into a compact package. To fold the scooter pull out the fold knob at the same time gently lower the seatback down into its folded position. Now with the seat folded, loosen off the tiller adjuster knob and gently lower the tiller into the folded position. The tiller handles should be able to rest between the chassis. Re-tighten the tiller knob to hold the tiller into position. This will then allow you to pull the scooter on its rear tip wheels. Once you arrive at your destination, unfolding and attaching the wheels takes less than a minute.

Standard features include a weight capacity of 265 lbs, a 5 mph maximum speed, a 61.2" turning radius, and many more.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you have received, please review the following return guidelines:

• Return authorization must be obtained in advance from 1800wheelchair
• In order for a return authorization number to be issued, photos of the current state and condition of the product will be requested and will need to be provided
• Return process must be initiated within 14 days of invoice date
• Item must arrive at manufacturer within 30 days of customer receipt
• All products will go through a comprehensive returns inspection upon receipt of return
• Product must be unused, clean, and free of damage (unless damaged during delivery); Products that are received with damage will be subject to additional fees to replace damaged parts and a higher restocking fee may apply (up to 20%)
• Any permanent damage to the frame of the product may cause the return to be rejected; In these circumstances, the customer will be informed immediately. Customer is ultimately responsible for securing the product from the returns warehouse within 10 days of being informed via email of return rejection. After 10 days, rejected returns may be discarded for health and safety reasons.
• Products must be returned with all original manufacturer packaging materials and shipping box
• Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, in all cases except the following: Manufacturer shipped the incorrect product, or the product was damaged upon arrival
• Due to the manufacturer's policy a 10% restocking fee will apply
• All delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable

If you decide that you would like to return or exchange a product, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Refunds will be only be issued once the above conditions are satisfied.

We work hard to see that our products ship quickly. If you cancel your order after it has already shipped, it will be considered as a return, and will be subject to the conditions outlined above.
