Description
The Merits Dualer is a unique compact size, power chair that is designed for maximum maneuverability in narrow spaces and walkways. It is very easy to convert from rear to front wheel drive: just release and rotate the chair 180°. New users may start with the RWD (rear wheel drive) and later move on to the FWD (front wheel drive) to enjoy the direct-drive direct-response feeling. The Merits Dualer is an ideal power chair for indoor as well as outdoor use.

Returns
Return Policy
Merits Healthcare products can be returned within 30 days from receipt of shipment. To qualify for a return please note the following:
- All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number to be processed.
- All items returned must be in new condition, in the original boxes and have the original packaging.
- All accessories and chargers included in the box must be returned.
- You will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and you will pay for the return freight.
- You are eligible for a full refund if the return is because of an error by the manufacturer (Merits Healthcare).
- If an order is canceled after the item has shipped the standard return policy applies with a 20% restocking fee. You should accept delivery of the item(s), obtain an RA number, and ship the item(s) back. You will pay for the return freight.
- If the item is damaged during shipment please call 1800wheelchair Customer Service at 1-800-320-7140.
- Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
