Once accepted, the following conditions apply:

• Item can be returned within 14 days after your purchase.
• The item is in unused condition.
• All accessories or parts included in the box must be returned.
• The item must be returned with original packaging.
• The item is not damaged as a result of return transport.
• A Return Authorization must be requested before returning the item. Credit will not be given for returns without a Return Authorization
• Credits will be granted upon inspection of the returned product(s). Any damage to the product will impact the amount of credit to be refunded.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of the following cases: vendor shipped the incorrect product, the product was damaged and/or broken upon arrival. Under these circumstances, customers should provide visual proof (images or videos).
• Delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are NOT refundable.
