EZ-ACCESS^® TRANSITIONS^® Modular Entry Mat

The EZ-ACCESS TRANSITIONS Modular Mat is designed for doorways and raised landings. Used by itself or combine two mat (see our 5" model) to make entry and/or exit convenient and safe.

The TRANSITIONS Modular Mat simply sits against the doorsill (inside or outside) to provide a smooth ground to sill transition and is especially practical for sliding glass doors because it does not interfere with the door track.

Made of 100% recycled tires, EZ-ACCESS TRANSITIONS Modular Mat are ADA approved, slip-resistant, and designed for years of continual use. TRANSITIONS Modular Mat can easily be trimmed for lower heights and narrower widths to fit any entrance or TRANSITIONS Modular Mat.

Standard mat width is 48" (for wider entrances, simply place 2 mat side-byside). The TRANSITIONS Modular Mat is ideal for indoor and outdoor use and because the TRANSITIONS Modular Mat is fully portable, it can be moved to another location if desired.

Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call 1800wheelchair Customer Service at 1-800-320-7140.

Once accepted, the following conditions apply:

• All returns must be in original packaging and submitted within 60 days.
• 15% handling and restocking fee will be deducted.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
• The item must be in new condition; unused.
• All accessories and chargers included in the box must be returned.
• Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
• Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
