Shoprider Explorer 4-Wheel Scooter

The Explorer is a four-wheel scooter with a 300 lb. weight capacity. The unit comes standard with a deluxe captain’s seat that can accommodate most users. It has an adjustable tiller for added user comfort and a front head light for added convenience for evening operation. The 10" pneumatic wheels give the unit a 3" ground clearance for operation on multiple terrains. The Explorer also features a built in USB charging port, and cell phone storage pocket.

Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call 1800wheelchair Customer Service at 1-800-320-7140.

Once accepted, the following conditions apply:

• There is a 20% restocking fee for return within 30 days
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
• The item must be in new condition; unused. Indications of use include, but are not limited to dirty wheels, scratches on frame, etc.
• Credits will be granted upon inspection of the returned product(s). Any damage to the product will impact the amount of credit to be refunded. Damaged parts or units must be replaced and/or repaired at your expense
• All accessories and chargers included in the box must be returned.
• Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
• Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
