The Model C2 can travel 11 miles on a 5-hour charge, giving you ample power to go about your day. It can effortlessly climb over obstacles up to 2" in height with two powerful motors and large front Omni wheels. It can make tight turns, allowing you to go places that a typical scooter can't take you. The rear wheel suspension absorbs the impact when driving over bumpy roads or obstacles, and you can lift the arm to easily sit down in the chair from the side. It can also be easily adjusted from seat height and back support angle to controller position (right or left drive) to create a comfortable driving experience. A basket is conveniently located under the seat, making it easy to get your items in and out, and the battery can be removed and charged in a regular household outlet.

To qualify for a return please note the following:

• Product must be clean, have no cracks, scratches, or dirty tires, and placed back in its original packaging.
• A Return Authorization must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Once the Return Authorization has been received, the product must be returned within 14 days to receive a refund.

• A customer (or anyone purchasing on behalf of such customer) is not permitted to request a return for more than one WHILL Model A device regardless of difference in seat width, color or configuration. In the event that WHILL has reason to believe that a customer is abusing its return policy to such extent, a restocking fee of 25% plus return shipping fees will apply to such return.
