Returns
Return Policy
This item may be returned for a refund as long as the following criteria are met:
- Product must be unused, clean, and free of damage (unless damaged during delivery).
- Product must have original packaging and materials.
- A Return Authorization must be requested within 5 days of the original invoice date.
- Once the Return Authorization has been received from 1800wheelchair, the product should be returned within the 30 days period.
- A 15% Restocking Fee is required to return this item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of the following cases: Vendor shipped the incorrect product, product was damaged and/or broken upon arrival.
- Lift Chairs with upgraded fabrics and Heat and Massage options are NON-returnable (*Upgraded fabrics are those ship over 2 days).
