Description
Among the most popular outside platform lifts, the AL500HD features a Harmar’s Stars -N- Stripes aluminum deck design, dedicated to our veterans and commemorating Harmar’s heritage as an American company. It is easy to operate and built to last for years of trouble-free use. The universal design safely transports the power chair without making chair modifications.

State Specific Regulations
Please be aware many states require you to display your license plate on the outside of your lift. It may be required in the following states: NE, KS, PA, VA, CA, AZ, NV, CO, UT, ND, SD, OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, HI, AK, FL, TX, & AL. It might be required in other states as well and it’s your responsibility to understand your state’s regulations. If you are required to display your license plate then we recommend adding the AL 901 to your order, available to the right.

Returns
Return Policy
This item can be returned within 30 days from receipt of shipment.
To qualify for a return please note the following criteria:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days. RMA numbers cannot be extended or re-issued.
- Clearly mark RMA number on the address label of each package/box being returned.
- Returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee depending on the condition of the product.
- The item must be in as-new condition and all the original boxes, parts, shipping materials, blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer must be included upon return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
- Returns requested due to End User Refusal will be assessed a 25% restocking fee for all products excluding ramps. Modular Elevation Ramps, Aluminum Threshold Ramps, and/or Rubber Threshold Ramps will be assessed a 35% restock fee.
- When the item is refused due to End User preference, a restocking fee will also apply.
Please note that custom parts are not returnable.
